Important — please read. Strappa provides statistical predictions and analysis for information and entertainment only. It is not betting, financial, investment or professional advice, a tipping service, or a recommendation to place any bet. Outputs are modelled estimates that are frequently wrong and come with no guarantee of accuracy or outcome. Betting involves risk and you may lose money. 1.Eligibility & acceptance

By creating an account or using Strappa (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to view sports and racing information and to gamble in your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for users in Australia; it is your responsibility to ensure your use is lawful where you are.

2.Nature of the service

Strappa uses statistical models to estimate probabilities for sporting and racing outcomes (for example, the chance a player exceeds a stat line, or a runner’s chance of winning), and may compare those estimates to publicly available market prices. These are computer-generated predictions derived from historical and form data. They are provided for general information and entertainment.

3.No advice & no guarantee

The Service does not constitute betting, financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, and is not a recommendation, solicitation or inducement to place any bet or wager.
Strappa is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not handle stakes or winnings.
All outputs are estimates and opinions generated by models that are regularly inaccurate. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any performance figures shown are modelled, may be selectively presented, and are not a promise or guarantee of any return or outcome.
We make no warranty that any prediction is correct, complete, current, or fit for any purpose.

4.Your responsibility & risk

Any betting or financial decision you make is made entirely at your own risk and discretion. Gambling can be addictive and can lead to financial loss. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party bookmaker and with all applicable laws. Strappa is not responsible for any loss, including loss of money, that results from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

6.Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are inactive, or where required by law.

7.Acceptable use

The Service and its data are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, or republish Strappa’s predictions, data or content, or use them to build or train a competing product.
No automated access, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent access controls, rate limits or security.
No use that is unlawful, infringing, or that interferes with the operation of the Service.

8.Third-party data

The Service relies on third-party data sources (including odds, form and results providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or timeliness of that data. Provider names and marks belong to their respective owners; Strappa is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bookmaker or data provider unless stated.

9.Intellectual property

Strappa, its models, software, design, and content are owned by Strappa and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the Service for personal use under these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10.Privacy

To operate the Service we collect and store limited personal information — your email, optional name, a securely hashed password, and usage data (such as login times and feature usage) used to run and improve the Service and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information. We retain it for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

11.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Certain rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded; nothing in these Terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, Strappa and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any betting, gambling or financial losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our total liability is limited to AUD $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

12.Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or restrict your access at our discretion.

13.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which the operator is based, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
